If you are not familiar with SEO, you will definitely want to do the FREE 7-Day Blog Challenge and do some research to learn more about it. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. Part of the SEO process is using keywords and phrases that describe what your content is about. Keyword research tools tell you how often certain words and phrases are searched and how those searches change over time.

This makes it possible for people to find your blog/site via search engines. There are different ways you can search for keywords. I use Google Keyword Planner. It’s free and easy to use. You will want to search for different keywords (preferably not high competition). You want words and/or phrases that are being searched often AND what you want your post to rank for.
